Please check your MIX email for additional advising information. You can register for classes after you have met with your advisor on or after your pre-registration date.

Prepare for your advising appointment

We can best help you if you are prepared for your appointment. Follow the advising appointment checklist and you will be ready for our appointment!

If you want to change your major, please notify your advisor so that they can provide you with additional information to help you make a decision about your major.

1. Update your 4-year plan from BIOL 191 and check your MIX email for your advisor's advising appointment email.  
1. Sample 4-year plan are based on catalog year.
2. You can expect this email in March for spring semester and in October for fall semester.
2. Schedule an advising appointment with your advisor. 
1. Each advisor has their own method, so consult the advising email.
3. Optional: Request changes to DegreeWorks by contacting your advisor.
