Self Care

Making sure that you and your mental health are being taken care of is one of our biggest concerns. You are always welcome to talk with any one within the department with whom you feel comfortable, but we also know that there are bigger problems that our faculty, staff, and students face in their daily lives. Because of this, we highly suggest finding a routine that allows you to take some self care time. Below are some resources that may be of help to you!
