Dr. Guardiola’s teaching interests include designing learning environments that acknowledge students’ diverse backgrounds and experiences. She currently teaches Principles of Biology (BIOL 115) and upper division courses that foster the development of skills that allow students to apply their knowledge of biology to solve contemporary and emerging issues. Some of these upper division courses include Molecular Basis of Cell Growth (BIOL 313), Cell Physiology (BIOL 335), and Teaching Practicum (BIOL 490).
