Trenton Gum

I provide support for all WVU owned computers and tablets used by staff, faculty, and graduate student in the Department of Biology, the Department of Psychology, the Department of Forensic and Investigative Sciences and the Department of History. I assist with PC/Mac hardware and software (MS Office, Web browsers, E-mail, Zoom, Adobe products etc.) and I provide recommendations and assistance with the purchases of new computer products.

Additionally, my role includes technology support for department classrooms and computer labs, networking support for wired internet ports in department buildings, resolving printing and office telephone issues, and helping connect WVU owned or personal devices to the WVU wireless internet.
