Michael McKinstry

In my role as Academic Lab Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the upper division biology teaching labs, and as Chemical Hygiene Officer I work to establish a culture of safety and good laboratory practices in the department. An area of professional interest for me is the biology of bacterial viruses, which we explore with students each year in our Phage Discovery Lab.
